To login into any of Sonoco's web portals, enter your email address and password. For first time users please enter your email address and click on the forgot password link. Your new password will be emailed to you.
If you forgot your password or would like to reset your password to a new system generated password. Enter your User ID (email) and click on the Forgot Password link.
To change your password enter your User ID (email) and click on the Change Password link.
On the change password screen, enter your old password and the new password. Then click on the Change Password button. This will change your password.
Criteria for a strong password:
Has to be a minimum of 8 characters and any 3 criteria from the following;
1. Must have a lowercase character
2. Must have an uppercase character
3. Must have a special character example (~,!@#$%^&*";':/?.>,<)
4. Must have a number
To go back to the login screen click on the Back to Login page link.
